This Privacy and Image Use Policy applies to information collected by KK Makeup Artistry in connection with inquiries, bookings, service delivery, communications, and portfolio publishing. Image, Makeup, and Hair Design Ownership

All makeup designs, hair styling concepts, look direction, and related creative outputs developed by KK Makeup Artistry are original works and are protected under applicable copyright and related intellectual property laws. This includes, without limitation, portfolio images, edited assets, layouts, and branded presentation materials.

Except where written authorization has been granted in advance, no party may copy, download, repost, republish, adapt, distribute, commercially exploit, create derivative works from, or use any protected content for machine learning or AI training purposes. Where a photographer or other rights holder is involved, all applicable third-party rights must also be respected.

Personal Information We Collect

• Name and contact details, such as email address, Instagram handle, or WeChat ID.
• Booking details, including service type, date, time, and location information.
• Messages, references, and related materials provided during consultation.
• Before/after and final images where consent is provided for service or portfolio purposes.
